Worst student ever
I am so exhausted. I have all sorts of thoughts swimming through my head today mostly related to academia and my place in it. Life would be so much simpler if I weren't so weird. I like and am good at academics, why can't I like and be good at academia?
I forgot to turn in some relatively important piece of paper to set up my committee. I needed to have done it my second semester. I'll just say I thought they meant second to LAST semester! Haha. No, that's not funny. I shoulda done this a long time ago. I suck. I'm the worst graduate student ever. I doubt if anyone anywhere has ever flubbed their way so ineffectively though higher education than I have. Why can't it be just read the books and give me the test? Why do I have to remember to turn things in? It's stupid. It's bureaucratic. It's... grad school.

I don't know how I'm making it through grad school either, I am done all my classes and only have student teaching, but I did way less work in grad school than I ever did in college- and I'm getting my teaching degree so it's going to be ME giving the homework now! (Actually that's a whole other subject)
